Roll-Off Boxes

If you need to dispose of a large volume of waste or construction materials, talk with your helpful Service Representative about roll-off service. Roll-off boxes are used by customers who generate large volumes of refuse, demolition material or construction debris. Different sized containers will be provided depending on the weight of material to be disposed of.

Specifications

40-Yard Roll-off Box

• Dimensions: Approximately 22 ft. x 8 ft.  x 8 ft
• Load Wait Limit: Maximum legal weight not to exceed 10 tons
• Loading Instructions: Be cautious when placing heavy materials such as construction debris, dirt, sod, or concrete in your container. To avoid overloading, limit heavy materials to no more than 12 inches deep, evenly distributed across the bottom of the container.
• Best Uses: Large construction projects and home remodels, large bulky furniture, roofing projects, window replacement/installation, landscape material and general trash.

25-Yard Roll-off Box

• Dimensions: Approximately 22 ft. x 8 ft.  x 4 ft
• Load Wait Limit: Maximum legal weight not to exceed 10 tons
• Loading Instructions: Be cautious when placing heavy materials such as construction debris, dirt, sod, or concrete in your container. To avoid overloading, limit heavy materials to no more than 15 inches deep, evenly distributed across the bottom of the container.
• Best Uses: Medium construction projects and home remodels, garage cleanups, medium sized roofing projects, landscape material and general trash.

15-Yard Roll-off Box

• Dimensions: Approximately 16 ft. x 8 ft.  x 3 1/2 ft
• Load Wait Limit: Maximum legal weight not to exceed 10 tons
• Loading Instructions: Be cautious when placing heavy materials such as construction debris, dirt, sod, or concrete in your container. To avoid overloading, limit heavy materials to no more than 15 inches deep, evenly distributed across the bottom of the container.
• Best Uses: heavy construction debris including rock, brick, clay/concrete roof tiles, dirt

10-Yard “Mini” Roll-off Box

• Dimensions: Approximately 10 ft. x 7 ft.  x 4 ft
• Load Wait Limit: Maximum legal weight not to exceed 2 tons
• Best Uses: Great for jobs that don’t have room for the longer roll-off box and small cleanup projects.

Helpful Tips

• Avoid overfilling your roll-off. Material must be loaded even with the top of the roll-off.
• Please do not mix materials. Recyclables, organics, trash and construction & demolition debris should be placed in separate containers so each material stream can be properly diverted to the appropriate processing facility.
• Please ensure that vehicles and equipment are not blocking access to your roll-off box on your scheduled pick-up day. Unobstructed access to containers is absolutely necessary.
